The trend in digital content is to move away from a broad selection to a narrower, curated selection. So instead of showing dozens of options for credit cards and the like, we want to show a few really great options that we know will help our clients save money. While we may receive a commission from some of our partners, we do not from all of them, but we think it’s more important to recommend the best as opposed to recommending the ones who will pay us the most.
Where this leads long term, we’ll see. In the short term, version 1 of our savings tutorials will be done using a variety of techniques so that we can test these to see which are easiest to digest and most actionable. If you have any suggestions, please let us know!
